Conservatory is a physician-led, one-year health strategy membership for proactive individuals who want to identify risk earlier, make better-informed decisions, and protect their health, performance, and independence over time.
Concierge medicine generally provides enhanced access to primary care, including greater physician availability, convenience, and ongoing management of everyday medical needs.
Conservatory serves a different purpose. We provide a dedicated layer of proactive health strategy built around comprehensive assessment, multidisciplinary interpretation, clearly defined priorities, and follow-through over time.
Conservatory does not replace your primary care or concierge physician. It is designed to work alongside those existing relationships while bringing a broader set of information and expertise together around one governing health strategy.
An executive physical is typically a one-time assessment: a concentrated evaluation followed by findings and recommendations.
Conservatory begins with a comprehensive, physician-governed baseline but does not stop there. Your findings are integrated across disciplines, translated into a prioritized action plan, and actively managed throughout a one-year relationship through physician review, coaching, coordination, and reassessment.
We are also deliberately evidence-led. Testing is selected because it can identify meaningful risk or inform a decision—not simply because a test or longevity intervention is available or trending.
No. Conservatory is designed to complement your existing healthcare relationships, not replace them.
Your primary care or concierge physician continues to manage routine primary care and acute medical needs, while your existing specialists remain responsible for care within their areas of expertise.
Conservatory provides an additional layer of strategic oversight. With your authorization, our physicians can communicate relevant findings and recommendations to your existing providers so that the different parts of your care are better aligned.
Your experience begins quickly after enrollment with a dedicated care coordinator who organizes records, baseline testing, and the initial clinical process.
The baseline may include comprehensive bloodwork, cardiovascular and metabolic risk assessment, DEXA body composition, VO2 max, movement and functional capacity, nutrition assessment, cognitive and brain health assessment, and other clinically relevant measures selected by Conservatory's physicians.
As findings become available, our physicians and multidisciplinary experts begin interpreting them together and identifying priorities. When there is enough information to act appropriately, recommendations and interventions can begin rather than waiting for every component of the baseline to be complete.
The objective is to move efficiently from assessment to interpretation to action.
Most members can expect their initial findings to be integrated into a written, prioritized health strategy within approximately the first month, depending on the timing and complexity of individual testing.
Your strategy is designed to answer practical questions:
Your physician reviews that strategy with you, and the broader Conservatory team helps put it into action. You are not simply given a collection of test results or recommendations to navigate on your own.
Conservatory's lead physicians govern the clinical model and establish the priorities that shape your strategy. One physician serves as your primary clinical contact and point of accountability.
A multidisciplinary panel contributes expertise across areas such as cardiovascular health, cognitive and brain health, musculoskeletal function, nutrition, and other relevant domains. Your coach helps translate the strategy into sustainable action and supports follow-through. Your care coordinator manages records, scheduling, referrals, and handoffs.
The goal is not to give you more independent opinions to reconcile. It is to bring the right expertise together around one coordinated strategy with clear roles and accountability.
Conservatory is a one-year relationship, not a one-time workup.
Once your initial strategy is established, the focus shifts to execution, measurement, and refinement. Throughout the year, your experience includes ongoing coaching and coordination, physician review, and scheduled reassessment.
Progress may be evaluated through repeat biomarkers, body composition, VO2 max, functional measures, and other indicators relevant to your individual strategy.
As your health, results, and priorities change, the strategy changes with them. The objective is sustained progress over time—not simply more information at the beginning of the relationship.
Conservatory is a private-pay membership and does not bill insurance.
Membership includes the physician-governed baseline, integrated multidisciplinary interpretation, a written and prioritized health strategy, physician oversight, ongoing coaching and care coordination, scheduled physician reviews, and planned reassessment throughout the membership year.
Additional testing, imaging, treatment, or specialist care recommended because of an individual finding may involve separate costs.
The first step is to request a private consultation. We will learn more about your goals and current health, explain the Conservatory experience, and determine whether the relationship is a mutual fit.
